After two years of renting from Austin RAE properties, I can honestly say it was by far the best renting experience we’ve ever had. Dan and Diana are very sweet and attentive. They really care about their tenants and always ensure you’re living comfortably and that everything is working in tip top shape. In the entire two years of living there Dan was consistent and quick to handle any situation at any time. When we finally needed to relocate out of Bastrop, we were truly saddened to leave a place that felt so much like home. If you want an affordable place with all the updates and appeal, I would definitely suggest checking them out!

I rented a property with Austin RAE Properties last year. It was beautiful with views of the golf course surrounded by pines and the occasional deer. The home was beautiful with brand new granite and tile. The yard was beautifully maintained. Sitting out on the back porch was a delight. Dan and Diana are there whenever you need them. They are amazing landlords and I would definitely rent from them again.

I rented from RAE Properties for 3 years, and honestly had the best experience. The property is maintained fully—landscaping, as well as sprinkler systems in yard. The landlords were very accommodating to any needs I had, and were very swift to correct any issue (which were very few) that arose. My home had amazing amenities, which included very nice stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops. I loved that they put so much effort in making my home I rented feel special. I would recommend RAE Properties to anyone looking for a nice rental home!
